Perfect little brunch spot. Most everything can be substituted with vegan soy chorizo, tofu, potatoes, soymilk, vegan sausage, making practically the whole menu vegan. Loved the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant. Friendly staff. Only gripe is the latte. The lattes no matter the amount of sugar you add, are bitter. Maybe old coffee or simply not adding enough milk but I wouldn't recommend them. I was looking forward to a vegan breakfast and vegan coffee but the latte was unpalatable. Over all happy with breakfast experience. Decent price excellent seating. Whole wheat pancakes with blue berries are phenomenal! Vegan burritos are also incredible!Almost perfect!!

I really enjoyed their food. Tasty and fresh. Chill spot for a bite.

Amazing! Had the avocado toast which came topped with pesto, bacon, fresh tomato, and egg cooked to your liking. Very clean eating! Laura was phenomenal! Not only was she great at our table but watching her make her rounds she was so nice and pleasant with all of her customers! A+++

We loved this breakfast place. The buckwheat pancake with mango and coconut was so tasty. The latte was perfect and our server was helpful and friendly. Excited to go back!

A before and after. This place reminds me I gotta try out the local places more often. Great staff, great food, great ambiance, 7/5 imo. If you're thinking about trying it out, do it, it won't disappoint.

Delicious vegan and non vegan options both healthy and unhealthy! Something for everyone! And friendly and prompt service!

Good food, but definitely NOT a vegan restaurant as google says. They have vegan pancakes and one vegan wrap. no vegan cheese and subbing a vegan meat for cheese and sour cream costs extra.

Happy with our meals. Tried the vegan coconut french toast. Basic but good flavor. Also had a vegan sausage burrito and it was quite good. Not sure the coffee is worth $3.

The Naked Cafe is a medium sized eatery offering an annotated menu of vegan, gluten free, and conventional entrees. Our server Zack, is friendly and knowledgeable. Inside, the decor is minimalist. Outside, patio dining provides comfortable seating among tropical plants and shrubs.I ordered the Transcendental Wrap. A large spinach tortilla is filled with grilled tofu, avocado, Thai peanut and Sriracha sauces. It is plated with warm quinoa with minced green onions, tomatoes, and a salad of baby greens dressed with an oil and balsamic vinegar. It is wonderful: large, spicy, and delicious. My partner ordered a short stack of vegan pancakes. Served with a blueberry puree and fresh strawberries. No vegan butter is available. Eilea, the cafe manager, stop by to see if we were pleased. We were.Parking is free. Everything is wheelchair accessible. There are two gender-neutral bathrooms.

This is a great place to eat for vegan and GF options. The waitress understood their menu well and could point us to various options that met our dietary needs. Their GF pancakes are quite large and delicious. They do retain their fluffy texture and using their 100% maple syrup adds a more friendly syrup to your diet. They can make most things vegetarian, or vegan. Some items are GF. I tried their breakfast burrito and my wife had a tofu scramble. Both were filling and deliciously seasoned. Parking is tricky in this area given that itΓ’β¬β’s so close to the beach but really worth the experience and atmosphere. I recommend it if youΓ’β¬β’re in the area. Eat more plants.

The pancakes are amazing, buttermilk banana and raspberry were deliciously cooked. Light, fluffy with a light crisp outer edge and the fruit was fresh and plentiful. service was great and quick.

Great food selection, being a vegetarian and picky with my food, they had MANY excellent options that resulted in a great breakfast with my carnivore wife. :) Coffee was good, prepared well, but I tend to compare everything to Mantra Coffee in Azusa and itΓ’β¬β’s hard to beat. Fresh squeezed orange juice was awesome, and the coconut French toast side was incredible. Plan to go again before our trip is over.

Loved the tacos!!!! My man got the huevos rancheros. Both amazing. Mimosas are only served inside. We opted to sit outside since it was a beautiful day. Glad we came across this spot on our visit to socal.

My sons shared a 3 piece coconut french toast, it was delicious!! I was very excited to order huevos rancheros but it wasn't what I expected. The beans were good but the tortillas were very soggy and the eggs were over cooked. I also ordered the Golden Fairy Dust tea latte over ice, amazing!!! We sat outside under an umbrella. Very nice atmosphere and view of the courtyard. Waitress was very polite.

Delicious little cafe in Carlsbad Village! The coffee was rich and flavorful and the menu selection was exciting. Everything looked so good! I opted for the Fuzzy Monkey pancakes with a side of scrambled eggs. They were perfect...big and fluffy! I recommend the Naked Cafe for food made with fresh ingredients.

Special and original recipes, delightfully prepared and seasoned organic food, lots of variety and different choices. Cheerful staff and great service! Filtered water is served, not tap water. Any special requests for changes in dishes on menu , are happily allowed. I a have enjoyed eating in this establishment for years, alone and with many friends and guests.

I would have given a five star for the food, however my experience with the waiter made me take 2 stars out. On Sunday last week I went for early lunch to the Naked Cafe. The food was very good, except for the eggs which I had asked to be cooked over easy and came over medium. When I referred about the eggs to the waiter, he replied, "They look good to me," and left.

Good range of healthy options with some dietary information too. Friendly staff and relatively quick service. Seating outside goes quickly but still bright and airy inside.
